硬質(zhì)快速門的電機檢查和維護(hù)：


Motor Inspection and Maintenance of Hard Fast Door:


1、只能根據(jù)現(xiàn)行零件清單使用原廠備件;


1. The original spare parts can only be used according to the current parts list.


2、更換制動線圈時，快速門制動控制裝置要一起更換;


2. When replacing the brake coil, the brake control device of the fast door should be replaced together.


3、電機在工作過程中溫度可能會變得最高，有燙傷的危險;


3. The temperature of the motor may become the highest in the working process, and there is a risk of scald.


4、緊固或者降低升降機驅(qū)動裝置(有墜落的危險);


4. Tighten or reduce the driving device of the elevator (dangerous of falling);


5、在開始維護(hù)電機和制動器之前，要先切斷電源，并且采取措施防止意外接通。

硬質(zhì)快速門的檢查與維護(hù)周期：


Inspection and maintenance cycle of rigid fast door:


一、制動器


I. Brakes


時間間隔：當(dāng)用作工作制動器時，，至少每個3000工作時檢查一次，主要檢查快速門制動器的測量摩擦片厚度、測量和調(diào)整工作氣隙、壓板、花鍵套、嚙合以及止推環(huán);


Time interval: When used as working brake, check at least once every 3000 working hours. Mainly check the thickness of friction pad, measure and adjust the working air gap, pressure plate, spline sleeve, meshing and thrust ring of the fast gate brake.


當(dāng)用作停機制動器時，視負(fù)荷狀況而定，每個2~4年檢查一次，主要是吸除磨損粉塵、檢查開關(guān)觸點，需要時更換( 例如當(dāng)燒損時)。


When used as a stop brake, it is checked once every 2-4 years, depending on the load, mainly to remove abrasive dust, check switch contacts, and replace them when needed (e.g. when burned).


二、電機

每隔10000工作小時檢查一次，主要檢查球軸承(需要時更換)、更換軸密封圈、將扇熱空氣通道清理干凈。


Check every 10,000 working hours, mainly check ball bearings (when needed to replace), replace shaft sealing rings, clean fan hot air passage.


三、配有逆止器的電機


3. Motor with backstop


每隔10000工作小時檢查一次，更換逆止器的低粘度潤滑脂;


Check every 10,000 working hours and replace the low viscosity grease of the backstop.


四、測速發(fā)電機

每隔10000工作小時檢查一次，根據(jù)附帶的操作手冊進(jìn)行檢查/維護(hù)。

五、驅(qū)動裝置

根據(jù)外部因素的不同而確定檢查周期，主要修補或更換外觀涂層、防銹涂層。

硬質(zhì)快速門制動器的磨損時間受到很多因素影響，可能會縮短。


The wear time of hard fast door brake is affected by many factors and may be shortened.


必須由設(shè)備制作商根據(jù)設(shè)計資料(例如“設(shè)計驅(qū)動裝置”)對必要的檢查/維護(hù)周期進(jìn)行單獨計算。


The necessary inspection/maintenance cycles must be calculated separately by the equipment manufacturer based on the design data (e.g. "Design Drivers").
